Our client is one of the largest service provider with huge base of cards holders.
Problem
1. Client needed to scale their app user base to keep up with their growing client base.

1. Outcome
Client was able to increase their returning user base without having extra overheads and management staff in UAE and also add new clients.
KAIBE SOLUTIONS was able to acquire more than 2000 accounts per month with about 60 -70 new customers.

Background
Out of our multiple businesses partnerships in UAE telecom division is premium channel partner for a top telecom operator in UAE.
Problem
Due to a recent lockdowns and hiring challenges, our client needed someone to support them in generating leads for their B2B business and also ensure there is someone available to answer their existing clients
Solution
After analysing the outbound/inbound calls for sales Kaibe Solutions was able to setup a remote team of 12 call centre agents with 1 team leader and a MANAGER to generate sales and monitor the leads.
Outcome
Our Client have now empowered remote staff to not only take calls but also to resolve problems of lead management on their CRM solution.
